David attended Baylor University and the North Carolina School of the Arts. As a high school student he won the Swearingon Music Award which gave him the opportunity to play a solo with the San Antonio Symphony. For two years he was a member of the Air Force Band of the West. He has played with the Victoria and Corpus Christi Symphonies. His teaching experience includes Texas Military Institute and St. Mary's University. Most recently David toured with the Russ Morgan Orchestra. His skills as a doubler (he plays flute, clarinet, saxophone, and oboe) make him much in demand for Broadway musicals. | ||
